Winstar4D Terms & Conditions – Official Platform Terms of Use for Malaysia

Winstar4D provides an online betting and casino platform covering games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Slots, Table Games, and Match Odds for the Malaysian market. Use of this platform is subject to the following terms and conditions as adopted by Winstar4D from time to time.

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This acceptance occurs automatically when you:

• Completing the Winstar4D account registration process;
• Log in to an existing account;
• Making any deposit or placing any wager on the platform;
• Using any service or feature provided by Winstar4D.

To register and use the Winstar4D platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• One Account: Each individual is permitted only one (1) active account. Registering more than one account is a serious violation that may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and account updates must be truthful, accurate, and current. False information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Not on Self-Exclusion List: You confirm that you are not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme or subject to a gambling ban imposed by any other operator or relevant regulatory body.

By registering an account with Winstar4D, you agree to:

• Providing your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and an active email address;
• Choosing a strong, unique password that is not shared with anyone;
• Updating your account information whenever changes occur;

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Winstar4D will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

All accounts are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, the same standard used by Malaysian banking institutions.

All financial transactions on Winstar4D are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian members:

Withdrawal Process: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for e-wallet methods and RM 50 for bank transfers. Winstar4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before approving withdrawals that exceed the stipulated limits.

All processed transactions are final. Winstar4D is not liable for any delays or transaction failures caused by third-party payment providers, such as Touch 'n Go or DuitNow system outages, which are beyond our control.

Winstar4D offers its members a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotions for Malaysian festivities such as Hari Raya, Hari Malaysia, Chinese New Year, and Deepavali. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Rollover Requirements: Each bonus carries its own rollover requirement. Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal is permitted from the bonus balance or winnings derived from it.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a stated validity period. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within the specified timeframe will be automatically forfeited.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Members may only activate one (1) bonus at a time. Activating a new bonus will automatically cancel any currently active bonus unless otherwise stated.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette contribute 10%–25%. Sports betting contributes 50%–100% depending on the bet type.
• Bonus Arbitrage Prohibition: Any attempt to exploit or abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or hedging strategies — will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

Winstar4D members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and/or legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Providing false or misleading registration or identification information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to automate gameplay or wagering;
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical means or collusion;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Winstar4D platform for any unlawful activity;
• Conducting cyberattacks, hacking attempts, or any activity that could compromise the security of Winstar4D's systems;
• Using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you;
• Colluding with other players to exploit advantages in Live Casino or Sports Betting;
• Spreading misleading information about Winstar4D on other platforms.

Winstar4D respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the data protection laws and regulations in force in Malaysia. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are governed entirely by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this document by reference.

Data collected includes, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, email address, financial transaction details, and platform usage data. This data is used for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• Providing false or inaccurate information during registration;
• Use of more than one account;
• Requests from Malaysian law enforcement authorities;
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, Winstar4D reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity. Balances unrelated to the violation will be returned once the investigation is complete, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact Winstar4D customer support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days, and any remaining balance will be returned once all bonus rollover requirements have been met or the bonus has been forfeited.

Winstar4D is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or opportunities due to technical failures;
• Internet service disruptions or connectivity issues on the player's end;
• Gambling losses incurred by the user;
• Delays or processing failures on the part of third-party payment providers;
• Service interruptions resulting from scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance.

The Winstar4D platform provides the following tools to help you play responsibly:

Winstar4D reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Terms & Conditions document at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of security emergencies. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This Terms & Conditions document is governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws. Winstar4D operates within a recognised legal framework and complies with all licensing and regulatory requirements set by the relevant regulatory authorities. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved in accordance with the procedures outlined in Section 14.

Should any dispute arise between you and Winstar4D regarding use of the platform, transactions, or game outcomes, the following steps must be followed in order:
